Blake McGuinness, a native of Fresno, California, has been passionate about filmmaking since he began creating short films at the age of 10. He honed his skills at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor's degree in filmmaking. By 19, McGuinness had already raised $10,000 to produce his first feature film, Yesterday's Over. Since then, he has continued to refine his craft, directing, writing, and editing numerous short films and music videos, with several of his recent films earning awards on the festival circuit.
